ApexPrimed ("ApexPrimed," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered fitness, nutrition, and recovery coaching app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
When you create an account we collect your email address and, depending on how you sign in, authentication information from Supabase (our authentication provider), Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. We never see or store your Apple/Google password.
Information you enter directly, such as your name, sex, age, height, weight, training goals, available equipment, training days per week, protein goals, and strength baselines used to personalize your AI-generated workouts.
Workouts you complete (exercises, sets, reps, weights, RIR), nutrition entries you log (foods, macros, calories), cardio/activity sessions (runs, hikes, golf, etc.), body weight and measurements, water intake, mood and recovery check-ins, and your conversation history with the AI Coach.
If you use the ApexPrimed iOS app and choose to connect Apple Health, we read limited health metrics — such as heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and sleep — to calculate a daily readiness score and tailor your workout intensity. This data is read from HealthKit only with your explicit permission, granted through Apple's standard permission dialog, and is never shared with third parties for advertising.
If you're part of a Squad (referral group), certain activity — workout completions, personal records, streak milestones, and protein goal achievements — is shared with other members of your Squad. By default this is shown with your first name; you can switch to anonymous display ("A squad member") at any time in Profile → Settings.
We track basic usage such as your daily AI Coach request count (to enforce fair-use limits) and app interaction timestamps, used only to operate and improve the App.
We work with the following service providers, each of which processes a limited set of your data solely to provide their part of the service:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only as described in this policy: with the service providers above (to operate the App), with other Squad members (only what you opt into), or where required by law.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active so the App can provide continuity (progress history, AI personalization, etc.). We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
ApexPrimed's content is rated for ages 9 and up, but creating an account and providing personal information requires that you be at least 13 years old (or that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms on your behalf, per our Terms of Service). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided us with personal information, contact us at coach@apexprimed.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
